利用規約

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Sen（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. 本サービスについて
本サービスは、ボード上に指などで描いた線をリアルタイムに共有できるコミュニケーションサービスです。現在、無料で提供しています。
2. サービスの提供について
- 本サービスの機能は、改善のため予告なく追加・変更・削除されることがあります。
- 描いた線・ボード・アカウント情報等のデータは、障害や仕様変更により消失する可能性があります。大切なデータのバックアップは保証されません。
- 本サービスは予告なく一時停止・終了することがあります。
3. アカウントとゲスト利用
- 本サービスはログインなしでも利用できます。ログインする場合、メールアドレスの管理はご自身の責任で行ってください。
- 13歳未満の方は、保護者の同意を得たうえでご利用ください。
4. ボードのリンクについて
ボードは、URLを知っている人なら誰でも閲覧・描画できます。リンクの共有範囲はご自身で管理してください。見られたくない相手にリンクを渡さないようご注意ください。
5. 禁止事項
次の行為を禁止します。
- 他者の権利（著作権・肖像権・プライバシー等）を侵害する内容の投稿
- 誹謗中傷、差別的表現、わいせつな内容、その他公序良俗に反する投稿
- 他人へのなりすまし
- スパム行為、サーバーへの過度な負荷をかける行為、不正アクセス
- 法令に違反する行為、犯罪に関連する行為
6. 投稿されたコンテンツと、不適切な投稿への対応
- あなたが描いた線の権利は、あなたに帰属します。
- ただし、本サービスの提供・維持・改善に必要な範囲（相手の画面への表示、サムネイル生成等）で、運営者はこれを利用できるものとします。
- 宣伝素材等、サービス提供以外の目的で利用する場合は、事前に同意を得ます。
不適切なコンテンツおよび迷惑行為に対して、運営者はゼロトレランス（一切許容しない）方針をとります。 第5条の禁止事項に反する投稿や、他の利用者への迷惑行為は認められません。
- 通報：各ボードの下部にある「このボードを通報する」から、不適切な内容を運営者に報告できます。
- ブロック：ボード内の参加者一覧から、特定の相手が描いた線を非表示（ブロック）にできます。
- 運営者の対応：通報を受け取った場合、運営者は24時間以内に内容を確認し、本規約に反すると判断した投稿を削除するとともに、必要に応じて当該利用者の利用を停止（当該端末・アカウントからの投稿を拒否）します。
- 運営者は、本規約に違反する投稿を予告なく削除できるものとします。
不適切な内容を見つけた場合や、対応が必要な場合は hello@s-e-n.app までご連絡ください。運営者は速やかに対応します。
7. 免責
本サービスは現状有姿で提供されます。運営者は、本サービスの利用により生じた損害について、故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。ユーザー間のトラブルは当事者間で解決するものとします。
8. 規約の変更
本規約は必要に応じて変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本サービス上で告知します。
9. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関する紛争は、運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the conditions for using Sen ("the Service"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. About the Service
The Service is a communication service that lets you share, in real time, lines drawn with your finger on a board. It is currently provided free of charge.
2. Provision of the Service
- Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice for the purpose of improvement.
- Data such as drawn lines, boards, and account information may be lost due to failures or changes to the Service. Backup of important data is not guaranteed.
- The Service may be suspended or terminated without notice.
3. Accounts and Guest Use
- The Service can be used without logging in. If you log in, you are responsible for managing your email address.
- If you are under 13, please use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian.
4. Board Links
Anyone who knows a board's URL can view and draw on it. Please manage how you share links, and do not give a link to anyone you do not want to see the board.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is prohibited:
- Posting content that infringes the rights of others (copyright, likeness, privacy, etc.)
- Defamation, discriminatory expression, obscene content, or other content contrary to public order and morals
- Impersonating others
- Spam, placing excessive load on the servers, or unauthorized access
- Acts that violate laws or are related to crime
6. User Content and Handling of Objectionable Posts
- The rights to the lines you draw belong to you.
- However, the operator may use them to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service (displaying to others, generating thumbnails, etc.).
- For purposes other than providing the Service, such as promotional materials, we will obtain your consent in advance.
The operator maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive users. Posts that violate the prohibited conduct in Section 5, and abusive behavior toward other users, are not permitted.
- Report: You can report inappropriate content to the operator via "Report this board" at the bottom of each board.
- Block: From the participant list on a board, you can hide (block) the lines drawn by a specific person.
- Operator response: When we receive a report, the operator reviews it within 24 hours, removes posts judged to violate these Terms, and, where necessary, suspends the user (rejecting posts from that device/account).
- The operator may remove posts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is." Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service. Disputes between users shall be resolved between the parties concerned.
8. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be changed as necessary. Significant changes will be announced within the Service.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The court having jurisdiction over the operator's location shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance for any dispute regarding the Service.
